A fully serviced mechanical and electrical installation within a two-storey new-build office block and a complete refurbishment of the Bristol Water headquarters in Bristol.
Major plant included roof-mounted air handling units, VRV air conditioning systems throughout and dual AC units serving the central communications room.
The electrical installation included lighting, power, LV generator and sub-mains cabling, data, communications, fibre optics, lightning protection and full fire alarm integration and security systems.
